Dear father of Scott Donell, Bryan Donell and Kim Donell-Golden. Grandfather of Carly Keeton, Nathaniel Golden, Gunnar Donell, Matthew Donell and Faith Golden. Brother of Harry Donell and Gaye Stowell. Preceded in death by brother, Larry Donell and sister, Wanda McKinny. Frank, a resident of Hamersville, passed away on May 17, 2017 at the age of 67. He retired from General Motors in 1987 and was the owner and operator of BJ’s Lake and Restaurant in Hamersville, Ohio. Frank served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. She is survived by her husband, Al, Patterson Heights; son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Janet Tripodi, Beaver, and their children and their families, Jeff and Caroline Tripodi, Stowe Township, with Contessa and Roman, and Jamie and Eric McIntosh, Brighton Township, with Samantha and Lachlan and daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Mark Balbach, Chippewa Township, and their daughters and their families, Marcie and Mike Newell, Ohio Township, and Katie Foster, Wexford, with Cassie and Cruz. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Margaret Ross Dunn, and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, and a sister-in-law, Phillip and Ruth Ross and William Ross; a sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and John Rukas; and her great-grandson, Jack Robinson Tripodi.Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 2, 2017 at HILL & KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com, 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls. The "Service Club of the Year" award went to the Center for Human Services/Ceres Partnership. Superior Fruit Ranch was given the Legacy Award which honors individuals and/or businesses that have contributed through service, support or volunteer efforts, to the Ceres community for more than 40 years. The banquet also saw the installation of new Chamber directors Narinder Bahia, Becki Barton-Nicholes, Geri Lewis, Lea Ann Hoogestraat, Juan Romo, David Gonzales and Benjamin Sivils and treasurer John "J.C." Curtis. The Board of Directors has voted to re-elect Renee Ledbetter as president and Helen Condit as vice president, each to another two-year term.FebruaryOn Feb. 2 seven children ranging in age from 2 to 9 were removed from deplorable living conditions in the 1900 block of Darrah Street that included cockroaches, animal feces, and human filth, while three adults were arrested and booked into the County Jail.
