Monday, February 20, 2017Jeffrey D. Milko, 56, of Vintondale, formerly of Elyria, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, April 24, 2016.He was born April 8, 1960, in Elyria.Jeff was a graduate of Elyria High School, The Ohio State University and Lorain County Community College.He had worked as a supervisor for Aramark at Indiana University in Pennsylvania. He was also a part-time massotherapist.Jeff was gifted artistically. He enjoyed cooking, landscaping, floral design and loved his three cats.Survivors include his mother, Betty J. Milko (nee: Francis), of Elyria; and a brother, Jim P. Milko (Jeanette), of Lorain, Ohio.Jeff was preceded in death by his father, John P. Milko, in 1996.The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 38475 Chestnut Ridge Road (at State Route 57), Elyria, Ohio, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday.Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Elyria.Online condolences can be expressed at www.laubenthalmercado.com...

He preceded her in death on October 5, 2014.Virginia was employed as a Nurse’s Aide for forty years including Coppock Nursing Home in Vinton, Sunnycrest Nursing Home in Dysart and at Keystone Care Center since it opened.
