Va. on April 23, 1927, she had lived in Pierce County for many years. She was a 1943 graduate of Poquoson High School in Poquoson, Va., and was a former manager at the PX at Fort Eustis Army Base in Newport News, Va. She was a member of Providence Methodist Church in Amory, Va.She was the daughter of the late Addison and Jewel Doris Thomas Moore. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert John Sealey Sr., and her daughter, Dianne Keener.Surviving are three grandchildren, Carl (Ute) Massey, of Brunswick, Frederick (Susie) Massey, of Blackshear, and Samuel Head, of Atkinson; six great-grandchildren, Amber Nicole Massey, Brandon Purdom, Bryan Purdom, Abbie Head, Ashley (Michael) Barry, and Joe (Destiny) Prince; two great-great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Prince and Evelyn Barry; her son-in-law, Roger Keener, of Blackshear; a special friend, David E. He mentored numerous budding bicycle mechanics throughout the last three decades. He skillfully applied his crafts at Ten Speed Spokes, Island Sports, and Newport Bicycle. Paul administered an after school program on bike repairs for students at Sullivan Elementary School, and was he was the personal bike mechanic to numerous Newporters, including Senator Claiborne Pell.He had a passion for adventure sports. Paul was free and happy when car hopping, riding mini-bikes, skateboarding, mountain biking, snowboarding and ocean kayaking with friends. Throughout his life he loved attending rock and roll concerts – slam dancing in the mosh pit with his friends, siblings, nieces and nephews and his son, Kyle. But his most precious moments were spent with family in his home, Newport. Hope, Idaho reflects on her life as a life-long North Idaho resident.Shirley Ann Ramey, 78, died after being shot in the head, on April 5.Ramey went to Newport Schools, then Eastern Washington University, Washington State University and North Idaho College, according to her obituary.Ramey worked as a city clerk in Hope, Idaho for more than 25 years, according to her obituary. Jacob Michael Allen, 20, was born March 11, 1996 in Newport Beach, CA to his proud and loving mother, Kerry Allen.  Jacob passed away unexpectedly on March 3, 2017 in Flagstaff, AZ.  He graduated from Ponderosa High School.  His passions were his family, friends, tattoos and skateboarding.  Jacob is survived by his “Momma” Kerry Allen, ‘Lil brother Joseph Guinn, Stepfather J.R.
