Monday, February 20, 2017Vickie Elaine Viar Greer (Michael Scott Cowles) of Hendersonville, Tennessee, Lisa Darlene Viar Rogers (Stephen Preston) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Jennifer Denise Viar Shelton (Daric Beard) of Vancouver, Washington; eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of sixty eight years, Martha Pierce Viar; one daughter, Beverly Sheryl “Sissy” Twilla Taylor; six brothers, Paul Viar, Leroy Viar, Connie O. Monday, December 12, 2016Parr Lumber in August 1978. Over the years, he held different positions in stores throughout Portland, Vancouver, WA, and Bend, OR. When his health no longer allowed him to work, he retired from Parr Lumber at the Bend store in August 2012.Bob had two hobbies he was very passionate about, photography and woodworking. His woodworking yielded specialty and custom pieces and unique one-of-a-kind picture frames of all sizes. His photography was a vast array of photos, which includes rodeos, weddings, landscapes, high school sports events, and much more. His pictures and frames can be seen on display at the Gallery at Autrys. Bob would often take long trips to get the “perfect shot” of the sunset or sunrise.He is survived by his greatest love, soul mate, best friend, and wife, Marilyn; children, Robin Keith, David Lochridge (Kim), Tricia Roldness (Jason), Rachelle (Shelli) Barnes; grandchildren, Kyle Roldness (Caity), Kelsey Roldness, Jacob, Sarah, and Matthew Lochridge, Kassandra Lighthouse (Kevin), Kadance and Kayma Konecny; sister, Tanya Lochridge; and last, but not least, Oliver “Ollie,” his beloved English Bulldog.
